Confidentiality Commitment

Purpose

The Ryan Leadership Security Council (RLSC) is a professional community designed to support candid, high-trust conversation among senior security leaders. To maintain a safe and trusted environment, all members agree to keep community discussions, shared experiences, and contributed materials confidential.

This Commitment ensures that every member can speak freely, learn openly, and exchange insights without concern that their words or materials will be shared outside the Council.

1. Confidential Information

For the purposes of this Commitment, “Confidential Information” includes:

  • Stories, experiences, challenges, and insights shared by members

  • Leadership scenarios, lessons learned, and professional struggles

  • Templates, frameworks, dashboards, or resources shared in discussions

  • Comments, questions, and conversations inside any RLSC Circle space

  • Member identities, participation, or organizational context

  • Any shared documents, media, screenshots, audio, or video

  • Any strategic, business, or leadership guidance exchanged among members

If a member shares it inside the RLSC community, it is considered confidential.

2. Member Obligations

By joining RLSC, you agree that you will:

  • Not disclose, copy, download, or redistribute any content shared by RLSC or its members

  • Not take screenshots of posts, conversations, or shared documents

  • Not quote or reference another member’s experience or organization outside the community

  • Not use community discussions to solicit business, gather competitive intelligence, or promote services

  • Respect the privacy, identity, and context of fellow members at all times

The only exception:
You may share your own posts or your own materials outside the community.

3. Use of RLSC Materials

Any content provided by RLSC — templates, frameworks, dashboards, digests, courses, or assessments — is for personal executive development only.

Members agree not to resell, redistribute, or publicly publish RLSC materials without written permission.

4. Professional Conduct

The RLSC community is built for constructive, respectful leadership dialogue. Members agree to:

  • Engage respectfully

  • Offer insight without hostility

  • Refrain from harassment or unprofessional behavior

  • Maintain a culture of integrity and trust

Failure to do so may result in removal from the community.

5. Consequences of Violation

Any violation of this Confidentiality Commitment — including sharing content outside the community — may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of membership

  • Revocation of access to all RLSC resources

  • Removal from Circle community spaces

  • Cancellation of discounts, badges, and future membership benefits

RLSC reserves the right to take reasonable action to protect community privacy and member trust.

6. Acknowledgment

By joining the RLSC, accessing the community, or participating in any RLSC programs or membership tiers, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by the RLSC Confidentiality Commitment.

Your participation helps maintain the trusted, high-integrity environment that allows senior leaders to grow, share, and support each other.
